Cherokee Village has a wealth of amenities, including seven lakes with boating, fishing and swimming at a private beach or any six pools. Water skiing and sailing are also favorite pastimes (jet ski's are not allowed on Cherokee Village lakes). There is a playground, meeting halls, miniature golf, shuffleboard, horseshoe court, health spa, campground, churches of virtually all denominations, two championship 18 hole golf courses and special events. There are over 50 different clubs in Cherokee Village catering to all interests and a wonderful sense of community rarely found in this day and age.
