The Cherokee Village Suburban Improvement District No. 1 (CVSID) requests that you review the below “Voluntary Payment Declaration Form,” which has been issued in connection with Kronkosky et al. v. CVSID et al., Circuit Court Case No. 25CV-25-122, pending in the Circuit Court of Fulton, County, Arkansas.

8/12/26 NOTE: If you do not complete and submit a Voluntary Payment Declaration Form, you will likely remain eligible to receive the credit available under the settlement. The terms of the settlement can be accessed here.

If you do complete and submit a Voluntary Payment Declaration Form, you will not receive the credit; instead, the funds that would otherwise be credited to you will remain with CVSID to support the maintenance of amenities and other operational costs.
