Meeting Minutes Overview

Cherokee Village Suburban Improvement District provides this Meeting Minutes page as a central place for property owners and other interested parties to review official records of board activity. The page is intended to make past meeting documents easier to find, organized by year and by month for quick access.

The minutes are arranged in reverse chronological order within each year, beginning with December and ending with January. This format helps users locate the most recent records first while still preserving a complete archive going back through prior years.

Meeting minutes are a draft record of proceedings until they are formally approved by the Board. Because changes may still be made before approval, it will be our good practice to label these documents as “draft” when they are distributed in advance. At the meeting where they are approved, any corrections will be made directly in the text of the minutes. The approval will then be recorded as “approved as corrected."

Unless otherwise noted, the meetings listed on this page reflect the District’s regular monthly meeting schedule. Each entry should link to the corresponding approved minutes, agenda packet, or related meeting document for that date.

These records are provided for convenience and public reference. In the event of any difference between this webpage and the District’s official records, approved minutes, resolutions, or other governing documents, the official records control. You can contact the SID office and make arrangements to receive a copy of a document that is not listed here on this website.

Some meetings may also include special sessions, working meetings, executive sessions, or other publicly noticed gatherings. Those records may appear on this page when available, and they should be reviewed together with any agenda, notice, or supporting material that applies to the meeting.

If the signature page of the meeting minutes you are looking for is not shown here, it is always available for review at the office.

The District may update, correct, or add meeting documents as they are approved, posted, or archived. Users should check this page periodically for the most current available record of Board action and District business.
